Consultations:

- Initial consultations are free; no fees are charged unless otherwise agreed

 

Design Services:

- Fees for completed design work are non-refundable

- Partial refunds may be considered if project is cancelled mid-process

 

Construction Projects:

- Refunds for construction work are subject to terms outlined in the project agreement

- Any cancellation requests should be submitted in writing
