Vision:
A family wanted a modern home that emphasized outdoor living and smart use of space. They requested a modern take on desert living with a split-bedroom layout for privacy, strong indoor-outdoor connections, and a garage with RV storage.

On a flat desert lot, the goal was to maximize space within strict zoning requirements while keeping the home efficient and functional.

Design → Split-bedroom floor plan with shaded outdoor living areas designed for desert comfort.
Permitting → Approvals secured in 3 months.
Build → 5-month construction including pool, covered patio, and desert-friendly landscaping.

Result:
A 3,200 sq ft modern custom home completed on time and budget. Features include a split-bedroom design for privacy, expansive outdoor living spaces, garage with RV storage, and maximized use of the lot per city regulations.
