Guest House

Vision:
The homeowner wanted a stylish, functional guest house for visiting family and friends while increasing property value. The design also needed to blend seamlessly with the existing home, making it feel like it was always part of the property.

Build → 7-month construction including interior finishes and landscaping.

Result:
800 sq ft guest house with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The design blended with the existing home, adding value and functionality while preserving curb appeal.
